Yoga nidra is my favourite go-to tool for radical rest, head-space clearing + heart wide opening.
Think of nidra like a cross between the savasana at the end of your yoga practice, meditation + deep sleep - it's SO good, which is why I've created this 4-set SHE Flow nidra special, one to listen to in each phase of the moon cycle/your menstrual cycle.
